With a passion for bringing business visions to life, I’ve spent a decade refining my skills in the fashion, wellness + lifestyle, and outdoor living industries.

My journey started with a fashion design degree and has evolved into business strategy, website design, and digital marketing. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in both retail and wholesale e-commerce platforms, infusing every project with strategy and creativity.

Beyond Citrus & Salt Studios, I am also an advocate for slow fashion, chronicling my journey on Tastemaker Fashion. You’ll also find me at the roller skating rink, listening to live music, or discovering cool new restaurants and hotels.

I learned the arts of compassion and collaboration while working for years in restaurants as a line cook. When under pressure of a dinner rush, it’s easy to be less courteous. But  I’ve become good at considering what everyone else is going through too. Now I use my empathy as tool when creating websites to advocate for the user experience. Translating this to a business sense… the easier it is for a potential customer to use your website, the more likely you are to get the sale.

I dove head-first into the tech industry while I was still in high school. 10 years later, I have held multiple certifications in computer networking, general computer maintenance, and security. I have an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Internet & Web Development from ASU. Fun fact about my Bachelor’s degree – I started out in the Software Engineering program, but after getting up to 300-level classes I realized that I hadn’t learned anything about websites – which is where my real passion lies, so I pivoted.
